The preserved election commission protocol is dated 16 June 2026. Its published summary records 92 research staff, 79 registered participants, and 79 ballots issued and recovered from the ballot box.
Seventy-nine votes were cast for NAS of Ukraine Academician V. M. Nazarenko. The legacy web summary gives zero votes against and zero invalid ballots; the scanned table uses dashes in some corresponding fields.
The commission’s decision is recorded in the signed original. It does not substitute for a separate subsequent appointment act of the NAS of Ukraine Presidium.
