About the historical material
The historical website published the election programme of NAS of Ukraine Academician Volodymyr Mykhailovych Nazarenko, a candidate for Institute director. Its proposals reflect the candidate’s position during the 2026 campaign.
Themes include research evaluation, international grants, recruitment and renewal of research staff, postgraduate training, academic publishing and journals, infrastructure maintenance, experimental research, and defence- and security-related work.
The programme refers to the Institute’s separately approved Development Strategy for 2026–2030. The preserved original strategy PDF is linked below.

The candidate-authored programme must not be confused with a Scientific Council decision or the vote results.
